To increase over four years the domestic livestock grazing fee on public lands.

Livestock grazing prices on privately owned lands are much higher than those paid on public land. If H.R. 2686 is made law, the cost of grazing cattle on lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management would increase to be more comperable to private land prices. The current price of $1.97 per animal, per month would rise to $8.70 or "fair market value", whichever is higher.
